Lyons Junior All Stars
The Lyons Junior Boys opened up state tourney play in Guyton by losing to Coffee County 5-2. Jeremy Beasley pitched four innings in relief and allowed two earned runs and four hits and he struck out four.
Lyons Junior Boys win District 1 Title
The Lyons Junior Boys moved in to the championship round of the District 1 Tourney, in Dublin, with a 13-1 four inning win over Rincon. Jeremy Beasley pitched a one-hitter with five strikeouts. The only hit was an infield hit with two-out in the top of the fourth.
Toombs County Middle School
Bullpups rally in the 6th and beat JD
Trailing by three in the bottom of the sixth, the Toombs County Middle School Bullpups stroked four extra base hits and scored five runs to beat visiting Jeff Davis 11-9. Brandon Johnson started the comeback with a two-run homer over the center field fence. Jeremy Beasley pitched the first three innings and the closed out the game in relief with a three up, three down seventh.
Lyons Junior finish 3rd in Lyons Youth Tourney
Jeremy Beasley pitched a three-up, three-down sixth. In the fourth inning Hunter Braddy and Beasley hit back-to-back two-out run scoring doubles.
2009 Summer
Juniors drop two close LYT games and wins one
Jeremy Beasley pitched all six innings and allowed seven hits with five strikeouts in an 8-2 win over Swainsboro.
2008 Summer
Jeremy Beasley is a Y-101 MVP

For his outstanding play in the Boys Midget Tournament held at Partin Park, Jeremy Beasley, of Lyons, was chosen as the Y-101 Most Valuable Player of the Tournament. Jeremy pitched very well against a tough Moultrie team and also had a couple of hits in the game. Y-101 Story
Jeremy is still playing baseball with the Montgomery County Mudcats and his team recently won a tourney in Blacksheer. Beasley’s baseball season will end when he begins Toombs County Middle School football practice on August 11th.
