D.R. Meadows doubles in three runs in his first collegiate at bat

Former Toombs County Bulldog D.R. Meadows stroked his first collegiate hit in a fall ball game on the home field of the Troy Trojans in Troy, Alabama on September 7, 2017.

Meadows, who is a freshman at Chipola College- the 2017 NJCAA National Champions, stepped to the plate for the first time as a college ball player, with the bases loaded and two outs, and he doubled in all three of his teammates to put Chipola up 7-3. The Indians went on to defeat Wallace Community College 8-5 and then in their second game of the day they knocked off Lurleen B. Wallace Community College 12-4.
