On May 17 two Toombs County High School cheerleaders signed to continue their education and cheerleading in college. Both will be cheering at NCAA Division II programs in the state of Georgia. Kara Hayes signed with Valdosta State and Bricyn Fitzgerald chose Georgia College in Milledgeville.

As Cheer Dawgs Kara was known for her tumbling and her ability to complete the full under the pressure of competition. Kara will be working with a male partner at Valdosta State and for the first time in her career she will be a flyer. Bricyn has always been a base and she will continue to be one at Georgia College. Watch the Cheer Dawgs at the 2015 GHSA State Final
