The Toombs County Bulldog cross country team is seeking their best ever finish at the GHSA AA State Championships at Carrollton High School. Sandwiched in between home games against number one Benedictine and rival Vidalia was a trip for the Toombs County Bulldgos to Metter for the Tigers’ homecoming. Jamar Smith’s junior college career is winding down and the sophomore had statistically his best game ever. On October 13 the linebacker had a career-high 15 tackles in the Holmes Community College Bulldogs 35-21 home loss to Copiah-Lincoln Community College.
