Dublin rules again as the Bulldogs’ season comes to an end in the GHSA Playoffs

The Dublin Irish have always had the Toombs County’s number in the regular season winning all eight games. The Region 3 champions continued that trend in the first round of the GHSA Playoffs in the Shamrock Bowl. 6th Grade Toombs County Middle School Bullpups win back-to-back championships

For the second season in a row the 6th Grade Toombs County Middle School Bullpups won the league championship at Jeff Davis. Alli and Tucker lead TCMS Cross County to a successful season

The Toombs County Middle School Cross Country season ended with boys and girls competing in the Georgia Middle School State Cross County Championships at Cochran. Ricardo Santana wins a second straight Region 2 Championship

For the second straight year Toombs County’s Ricardo Santana held off Jeff Davis’s Hector Huerta to win the Region 2 Individual Cross Country Championship. Last October Ricardo won by a minute in a time of 16:47.63. This years race was much closer with Santana running the 5000 meters in 17:30.40 and he won by 7 1/2 seconds.
