The Toombs County High School soccer teams both had a good week in Region 2 Tournament action. Both the Lay Bulldogs and Bulldogs defeated Metter and then Jeff Davis to qualify for the GHSA Tournament as number three seeds. The 2019 Toombs County Soccer teams celebrated Senior Night with a pair of home wins over Metter. The Lady Bulldogs won 4-1 and the Bulldogs shutout Metter 3-0.
