TCHS Cheerleaders are excited to host the Cheer Dawg Classic

Kids wrestlers- It is time to hit the mat

For the second year former Toombs County Bulldog quarterback John McDonald is heading up the Kids Wrestling Program in Toombs County and he is looking for young wrestlers for the 2015-16 season. Short-handed JV Bulldogs fall at Dodge

The Toombs County Bulldog junior varsity football team traveled to Dodge and they had only 17 fully dressed out players for their next to last game of the season. The end result a 47-8 loss to the Indians. The Dawgs scored their touchdown in the fourth quarter on a 20-yard run by Alex Hunt. The Toombs County High School Redcoat Marching Band competed on Saturday, October 17 at the Sound of Silver Marching Band Invitational at Pierce County High School. Toombs Recreation Department 9-year old team wins jamboree

There is a mighty fine football team in south Toombs County and on Saturday the nine-year old Yellow Jackets won a jamboree at the Toombs Central Football Field.
