Bulldogs hit some shots in 17-8 win at Swainsboro

The Toombs County Bulldogs hit three balls to the fence and one over it in a 17-8 win at Swainsboro. Freshman Brock Harrison locked in on a full count fastball and sent it deep and way over the left field fence for his first Bulldog homer. TCHS Girls soccer rolls to 11-1 win at Treutlen

After losing a tough, physical match at Southeast Bulloch 3-0, the Toombs County Lady Bulldog soccer team defeated Treutlen 11-1 at Bobby Driggers Stadium in Soperton. Catherine Domingo, Ansley Tatum, Arleni Tinoco and Danny Landeros each scored 2 goals and Cassandra Castro and Yareli Saucedo scored one goal a piece.

Pierce County beats the Bulldogs in extra innings again

For the second year in a row the Pierce County Bears came to Jacky Jones Field and beat the Toombs County Bulldogs in a game which was tied at two after the regulation seven innings. Ansley Tatum signs with Middle Georgia to play soccer

  On Monday Ansley Tatum became the first Toombs County High School athlete to sign a college scholarship since the new school opened back in August. Tatum, who has always been a soccer and softball player, signed to play soccer at Middle Georgia State University. The school, which used to be a junior college, is now a four year NAIA school which plays in he Southern States Athletic Conference. This…

TCMS track runs at Vidalia

The Toombs County Middle School track team competed at Vidalia High School against J.R. Trippe, West Laurens and Swainsboro. Khalil Jones led the Bullpups with second place finishes in the 100 and 200 meter races.
