TCHS Bulldogs open up the season with a 35-0 shutout win over Twiggs County

In 2017 a veteran Toombs County Bulldog defense had three opportunities to shutout an opponent. However, Twiggs County, Bryan County and Metter all scored touchdowns in the final six minutes to avoid the “0”. Twiggs scored it’s touchdown in the final 37 seconds on a one-yard run.
