Toombs County softball opens home schedule with a pair of wins over Claxton

The Toombs County Lady Bulldog softball team opened their home schedule with with a doubleheader sweep of Claxton. Demetrius Owens is off to Kentucky to begin his college career

On Thursday Demetrius Owens is leaving Toombs County and traveling to Williamsburg, Kentucky to start his college football career with the University of the Cumberlands. Bulldogs 1st practice on the new Booster Stadium turf

August 6th was an exciting day for the Toombs County Bulldogs. There first opportunity to practice on the new Legion Turf at Booster Stadium. When the 4 o’clock practice began the temperature was in the lower 90’s, but then the clouds rolled in and for the second half of the 2 1/2 hours it was much more comfortable for the Dawgs and the coaching staff. Coach Walker exports Lady Bulldog basketball to Brazil

Booster Stadium improvements continue

With a week and a half remaining before the Toombs County Bulldogs play host to Benedictine in a scrimmage game at 7:30 p.m. on Y-101 Radio, work continues to get the Pit ready for the big Friday night.
