For the first time since May 18, 2016 Jeremy Beasley started a game and pitched six or more innings. On that day he threw eight innings and took a tough 4-3 loss to Walters State in the GCAA Tournament played on Jeremy’s home field at Darton College in Albany. With two outs, in their final at bat, the Lyons Mite Boys Red Division team needed a big hit and outfielder Parker Stanley provided it. He  pulled a pitch down the third base line to drive in shortstop Ross Cumbley with the game-winning run in an 8-7 victory over Montgomery County.
