Bulldog varsity rolls up 28 1st half points against Windsor Forest

The Toombs County varsity Bulldogs, who have played one just regular season game in their last three weeks, got to play a half of action in Booster Stadium on a Thursday afternoon. Martin Santana finished second and Tucker Brodnax fourth in the Bulldog Run held at Toombs County High School. Santana, a senior at TCHS, ran the 3.1 mile course in 18:56 and finished 18 seconds behind Vidalia’s Cole Register who ran an 18:38. Brodnax- a 7th grader at TCMS- ran the 2 mile course in 12:52. Mobley goes 4-for-4 against Bryan County

Sophomore second baseman K.K. Mobley went 4-for-4 with an inside the park homer in Toombs County’s 7-2 home loss to Bryan County. Mobley is hitting .448 with two inside the park home runs, seven doubles and five triples. in her latest homer she rounded the bases in 12.59 seconds. Mincey pressures the QB and is in on 6 tackles for Holmes CC

Former Toombs County Bulldog Ervin Mincey was credited with six tackles- two solo and four assists- in Holmes Community College’s 41-7 home loss to Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. Holmes is 0-3. Mincey also had a tackle for a 3-yard loss and two quarterback hurries- one of them forced the MGCC quarterback to throw an interception which was returned 88-yards for the only Holmes touchdown. The Bulldogs win an 80-point game in Claxton

The Toombs County Bulldogs and the Claxton Tigers combined to score 80 points in a game played in the Pecan Grove in Claxton. Bulldog senior quarterback Trey Cloud completed 16-of-his-21 passes for 298 yards and five touchdowns.
