Cody Dowd Benefit

Cody Dowd, a former Toombs County Bulldog baseball and football player, recently underwent surgery in Cyprus to straighten his back and he had stem cells injected in to his injured area in order to stimulate movement in his lower extremities. Cody was injured in an automobile accident in February. Dowd is still recovering and according to younger brother, Cole. will be home soon. A benefit will be held to help…


Soap Box Derby cars run down the hill at Partin Park

The Southeast Georgia Soap Box Derby might have a new home. On Saturday and Sunday racers from as far away as Kentucky and Florida were competing in stock, super stock and masters divisions, at Partin Park, in Southeast Georgia’s first rally race. Ten Toombs County Bulldog Seniors wanted to win their final game in Booster Stadium. Kids wrestlers- It is time to hit the mat

For the second year former Toombs County Bulldog quarterback John McDonald is heading up the Kids Wrestling Program in Toombs County and he is looking for young wrestlers for the 2015-16 season. Collins torments the TCHS football team too

The Toombs County Bulldog junior varsity football team traveled to Dodge and they had only 17 fully dressed out players for their next to last game of the season. The Toombs County High School Redcoat Marching Band competed on Saturday, October 17 at the Sound of Silver Marching Band Invitational at Pierce County High School.
