On May 18 LiliAnn Pittman and Samantha Ruiz will lead the Toombs County High Class of 2019 at graduation as the Valedictorian and Salutatorian.
Both seniors decided early in their high school careers that they wanted to pursue the goal of being a top student and now that that has been accomplished they each want to work in the medical field when they graduate from college. LiliAnn wants to be a doctor and Samantha a Registered Nurse.
Each spent most of their school time in their senior year at Southeastern Tech taking college level courses which were challenging, but both were up to that challenge and made 4.0. Samantha says the Salutatorian has been the chery on my ice cream of my senior year.
