D.R. helps lead South Georgia to a GCAA Tourney win over Georgia Highlands

D.R. Meadows drove in three runs with two RBI singles and a bases loaded walk to help lead his South Georgia State Hawks to an 8-5 win over Georgia Highlands in the losers bracket of the GCAA Tournament in Albany.

Meadows also dropped down a perfect bunt in the ninth inning which moved a runner to second base. That Hawk scored and so did one more after the bunt.

Earlier in the day SGA lost an 11 inning game to Gordon 4-3.
