Toombs County Bulldog Senior Night versus the Swainsboro Tigers

The Toombs County Bulldogs will close out the regular season with a tough Region 2 game against the Swainsboro Tigers. Alli and Tucker lead TCMS Cross County to a successful season

The Toombs County Middle School Cross Country season ended with boys and girls competing in the Georgia Middle School State Cross County Championships at Cochran. The Lady Bullpups finished fifth and they were led by Alli Waller who won a medal for her 16th place finish out of 87 runners. Teammate Kylee Edwards placed 26th. Ricardo Santana wins a second straight Region 2 Championship

For the second straight year Toombs County’s Ricardo Santana held off Jeff Davis’s Hector Huerta to win the Region 2 Individual Cross Country Championship. Last October Ricardo won by a minute in a time of 16:47.63. This years race was much closer with Santana running the 5000 meters in 17:30.40 and he won by 7 1/2 seconds. For their past four games the UTEP Miners appeared to be moving closer to their first win since the 2017 season and then they ran into the UAB Blazers. 6th Grade TCMS Bullpups win a thriller

Coming off their only loss of the season (39-0 at Claxton), the Toombs County Middle School 6th Grade Bullpups rallied from a double-digit deficit in the fourth quarter and they defeated Bacon 26-25 by scoring the winning touchdown and extra point with just 30 seconds remaining in the game. Jeff Davis ends an 8-game losing streak versus Toombs County with a 35-14 win

In an eight-game losing streak against the Toombs County Bulldogs, the Jeff Davis Yellow Jackets were outscored on average by a 40-6 score and four of those Bulldog wins were by a shutout. Indians pull away to a 45-14 win in the Pit

The 32nd meeting between the Toombs County Bulldogs and the Vidalia Indians was decided in the first quarter when the Indians raced to a 17-0 lead scoring an offensive touchdown, a special teams TD and a field goal.
