3rd start is still not the charm for Jeremy Beasley, he throws 4 innings of 1-hit, shutout ball and still doesn’t get the win

In his first two starts for the Burlington Bees of the Class Midwest League Jeremy Beasley took a loss and a no decision and both times he pitched three innings. In his third start, at Cedar Rapids, Beasley threw four innings of one-hit shutout ball and still was not credited with the victory in the Bees 7-2 win. Jeremy threw 44 pitches, 29 for strikes and allowed only a lead off single in the second inning. He stuck out five batters with no walks and left the game with Burlington leading 3-0. A starter who leaves the game after five innings is guaranteed a victory if his team does not give up the lead and wins the game.
