Bulldogs put on the pads for the first time since OTA’s

It is hard for a football player to feel like he is a football player when he is just running around in shorts and a T-shirt. That all changed on August 2 when the Bulldogs put on the pads for the first time since their July OTA’s.

The first contact of the day occurred when the lineman did board drills. The big Dawgs locked up in one-on-one match ups while the skill position players were doing their thing. The first day was an offensive day so there was a lot of throwing and catching and working on the running game.
