Toombs County High Soccer teams take care of Tattnall County

The Toombs County High School soccer teams both improved to 3-0 on the young season with home victories over Tattnall County. The Lady Bulldogs bolted to a 7-0 lead at half and then in a mercy rule shortened 20 minute second half they tallied two more goals in a 9-0 win. The Lady Bulldogs have outscored their first three opponents (Dublin and Bacon County) 25-1.

Cindy Vera scored her third straight hat trick giving her nine goals for the season. Arleni Tinoco and Dani Landeros each scored two and Joann Gomez and Crystal Morales each had one.

The Bulldogs defeated Tattnall 3-1. Felix Gomez scored a first half goal for the Bulldogs and then in the second half Gerry Tinoco booted in a penalty kick to make it 2-0 Dawgs. The Warriors also slipped in a PK before Eliel Gonzales scored the final goal.
