The Toombs County High School volleyball team is off to fine start this season and most of the Net Dawgs victories have been in two sets. However, an exception is a three set home victory over Westside-Augusta. Toombs prevailed 25-23, 17-25 and 25-22. Katelyn Grimm ended the match, with Westside coming back, with a push shot.
In their previous match, at Dublin, the Net Dawgs ruled in two sets 25-9 and 25-13. Taylor Halligan served 17 consecutive winning points. The Net Dawgs are 7-1 overall and 4-0 in region games.
