Net Dawgs and Westside-Augusta go three sets and TCHS prevails

The Toombs County High School volleyball team is off to fine start this season and most of the Net Dawgs victories have been in two sets. Braddy pitches a no-hitter in TCMS’s 12-0 win over Portal

Ashtyn Braddy controlled Portal from the circle and the Toombs County Middle School Lady Bullpups softball team tallied a dozen runs in a 12-0 four inning home win over Portal. TCMS Bullpups are ready for a new season and league

The Toombs County Middle School Bullpups will open the 2016 football season in a new league, with a new head coach, and a new offensive and defensive scheme. Derrick Fitzgerald, the new head coach, was actually the head coach of the Bullpups in 2014, ¬†prior to spending the 2015 season with the TCHS varsity. Lane Adams spent his summer vacation traveling with the Chain baseball team, playing in tournaments and posting some fine numbers. The Toombs County softball and volleyball teams both won road region games on Thursday. The softball girls beat St. Vincent’s 16-7 to go 3-0 in games played in the Coastal Empire and the Net Dawgs took care of Dublin 25-9 and 25-13.
